Hello!! I’m so happy you’re here! Let me tell you a little about myself! Hi! My name is Tessa Shearer! I am a licensed cosmetologist currently booth renting at Hair Panache in Bellingham, Wa! A fun fact about me is that I was born and raised in Whatcom County! I grew up in Lynden and went straight to Evergreen Beauty College in Bellingham right after high school. I'm thrilled to give back to the community and share my passion for beauty with others! I specialize in personalizing your hair to match your unique style and desires! I am passionate about my craft and love making people feel confident in their own skin, as well as making everyone feel safe and welcome in my care<3 If i am not behind the chair, you can find me at IWM in fairhaven serving delicious coffee to south bellingham. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 75% of the service.
